yesterday and today we have released new versions of our Cruiser+ software. Latest version is now 13.11. Here is the release note:

Cruiser+ Version 13.11

* Added support for flashing red CID53 PNX5230 phones (W380, Z555).
* Updated built-in customizations. [also in Cruiser]
* Updated TAC list for W380i. [also in Cruiser]


Cruiser+ Version 13.10

* Added support for flashing red CID53 DB2020 phones.
* Updated built-in customizations. [also in Cruiser]
* Updated TAC list for K800i. [also in Cruiser]
* More phone types are now supported when upgrading to CID52.
* Several internal software modules have been updated. [also in Cruiser]


When flashing CID53 phones, make sure you have selected one of our servers at your proper Setting tab (it is mandatory).
No credits are deducted, no internet connection is needed.
