S-Card 1.44 and SmartMoto v2.31

We are pleased to introduce new versions of S-Card 1.44 and SmartMoto v2.31.

With this update we release the following options:

1. Added model selection by series for Prepare cycle.
2. L9 Prepare Smart TestPoint* procedure is perfected.
