Octoplus Box JTAG Software v1.5.4 Release Notes

Added support for the following models:

- LG E975 - added Dead Boot Repair
- Samsung GT-I9228 - added Dead Boot Repair (thanks to Mr. zorgy_1979).
- Samsung GT-I8580 - added Dead Boot/Device Repair.
- ZTE Silverbelt - added Dead Boot/Device Repair.(thanks to Mr. Dr_Wolodya).

Added new Core ID (207530E1) for MSM8230 CPU.
