MTBox NK v1.22 release.
On single asic BB5 it should:
* scan products substantially faster.
* support product profile tunning (
ProductProfile in 'Automatic actions')
* added
Force ContentConvertion to 128 ( in
AutomaticActions) - for faster repair of damaged
6280 phones with sector size 128K for example.

N80 - bugfix to automatically select file for
userdisk flashing.

In PhoneInfo - added code to properly display ESN
when CDMA phone is attached to box.
