SCout flasher v.1.20
Dear Users,
We are pleased to introduce a new version of SCout flasher v1.20

With this release we present:

* Added support for the VE538 ODM based handset.
* "Safe flashing" option implemented on P2K tab.
* Improved communication with the MotoMAGX models.
* Windows7 compatible.

Please note that flashing procedure for VE538 phone model differs. Please read manual attentively.
