Procedure Of Unlock M3710L - S7070 Following:

* First Download Flash File At Support Area.
* Select Boot file inside Flash folder.
* Mark Reset Mslcode 16
* Put phone Download mode ( Camera + Volume + Power)
* Connect usb to phone select modem port
* Press Write After Job Done Power on Phone and Check imei must be imei not active
* Again Put Download Mode and Write boot with untick Repair mslcode 16
* Connect phone powered to cable and Do Job With Factory mode
