On May 20, 2014 our ACTIVATION SERVER had a small database corruption and we have since then FULLY Restored it. However, if you are still experiencing Box Activation Problems after updating your firmware to LogiCore 11.0.00 or ATF Software 11.xx and above, please:


1. POST FULL BOX SN Here
2. Post Date of when you Updated your Box Firmware


There is NO NEED TO PANIC. I will solve your ACTIVATION Problem and you DO NOT NEED TO CONTACT YOUR RESELLER. Just give me Info 1 and 2 as I require above.
