Delivery cost are NOT INCLUDED, delivery price is dependent of your location between 19 euro and 49 euro. We are using for sending ONLY DHL or FEDEX, do not request us send by registered post.
The product is tested and 100% working, but according to Dejan's rules and sales conditons, this product once you purchased it, it does not have any WARRANTY or FUTURE SUPPORT !!! If any reseller promise you support or warranty, please refer to the reseller did that.
After payment recieved, the dongles and cables will be sent out by DHL. After buyer recives the dongles, the buyer have to send to HIS reseller the serial numbers for dongle activation. This is made to prevent lost packages by post/courier or freight forwarder. Any reseller SHOULD NOT send activated cards out, since if post/courier or freight forwarder loose parcel, the cards wich are activated CAN NOT be replaced !!!
The software which allow you to use the dongle will be published on internet by its author, Dejan Kaljevic approx 10 days after dongle has been sold, ONLY FROM THAT MOMENT you will be able to take fully benefit of your dongle and to start using it.
The dongle is NOT UPDATABLE ONLINE in order to get more credits. If you need more credits, you have to purchase another dongle with 50 or 100 credits.
Please read carefully all points mentioned above, in case you don't understand something, read it slow and carefully again point by point.
