procedure,,
>back up rpl & pm
>erase plus using BB5Erase_uni_rap{in the buttom}
>full flash w/latest version like 5.53{in the buttom}
>wright back_up rpl{you have back up}
>wright full pm using JAF_customer_care-beta-sx4{i use jaf} {in the buttom >pm use
>full factory
>unlock using free soft by zulea

note;

as you will unlock it never unlock and eror
you recognize 0000000 the config key & provider key
use the pm that you back up
after that you will unlock thats it

this is what i use
