If you want to send to us any flash files, backup files for repair etc., please, NEVER use services like rapidshare, megaupload etc.
All rapidshare, megaupload etc. links will be simply ignored.
Please, send all files via e-mail, 10 Mb one attachment size (InfinityHelp@yahoo.com.hk), include information about attached file.
Reason:
1. we need description of file that we receive
2. if you send PM with link to me or other support person: just imagine situation: I go to eat something and my partner make support at that time. Now just imagine who (of course, nobody) will receive your information in time.
3. if you send me link via ICQ etc: ICQ history can be lost, can't be found on my 3 PC that I use for work. Now just imagine who (of course, nobody) will receive your information.
4. we need your e-mail address to give you an answer. How can we answer to rapidshare link ?
5. etc., etc.

Very easy and very good ways to give us an info or get help:
1. e-mail: InfinityHelp@yahoo.com.hk
2. forum with public messages (not private messages)
3. ICQ with online (not offline) messages

Here is an example of e-mail content:
