Hi! I just fix same problem with UFS by that way:
Setup HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.08.000 after updating got «Box_Auth_Error: 20»

1. Connect box, run UpdateClient.exe > Update UFS Firmware
open Req.fbi
UpdateClient ask open file –«*box number*.fbi»
Give*.* in next string and select Req.fbi
Got massage

Save one.
2.Start ufs3tools269b
Open in FBI Calculator "box number.req",calculate "box number.fbi".Save one too.Close ufs3tools269b.
Start UpdateClient.exe > Update UFS Firmware againe.Select "box number.fbi" and start update UFS Firmware.
Now my box is working. 100%
