Lỗi này thường là do không nết nối từ phone đến BOX ,bạn kt cable có tiếp xúc tốt ở phone & BOX chưa, thử dây cable tốt xem, hơn nữa bạn nên nói rỏ hơn là đang test model phone gì? có chọn đúng dòng như DCT4 - BB5 cho phù hợp chưa?
