As many of you already know, in SL2 phones we have new field 120 in PM sincronised with 308, so, if any of these fields is damaged somehow during flashing or unlocking, you can't restore simlock area with CRT 308 backup alone (made automatically by Jaf sw). CRT 308 is good for SL1, but for SL2 is not enough.

To avoid such headache is very easy, just READ FULL PM FROM 0 TO 400 before doing anything with your phone. This can be done via fbus or usb, it doesn't matter, under "Service Settings" tick "Read PM" and click "Service" button then give first address 0 and second 400, next choose location where the file will be saved and click "save".

If after flashing or unlocking you get Config/Provider keys 000000 just tick "Write Pm" and click "Service" then select your backup.There's no need for SX-4 to restore simlock data...this is needed only for protected fields 1 and 309 (in case of contact service problems).
Note:
On are some new rapido phones like 5800, N96, etc. the field 308 is also write protected, in which case you can bypass sx-4 by using SX4 CRT function from JAf main sw.

I also recommand to save manually certificates with CRT Tool > Backup CRT (this can be done only in fbus mode)

Now, if anything happens to your phone, you are sure you can restore it to its initial state without buying new RPL.

I'm sure this will help mostly new users and i make it sticky untill J.A.F. coder will implement automatic pm 120 + 308 saving in future updates.

Như chúng ta đã biết ; Trong SL2 Phone chúng ta có field mới 120 và 308 liên quan với nhau , cho nên khi một trong những field này bị lỗi trong quá trình flash hay unlock bạn không thể khôi phục vùng simlock với một mình file CRT 308 backup ( Tự động backup bằng phần mềm jaf ) . CRT 308 thì tốt đối với dòng phone SL1 nhưng không đủ với dòng phone SL2 .
Để tránh những trường hợp nhức đầu một cách dễ dàng , Hãy đọc ra ( read ) full PM từ 0 đến 400 trước khi làm việc gì liên quan tới điện thoai của bạn công việc này có thể hoàn tất khi dùng UsB hay FBUS , chỉ cần " tick " vào read PM rồi " click " service , chọn địa chỉ đầu tiên là " 0 " và thứ đến là "400" kế tiếp chọn đường dẫn ở đâu file có thể được lưu , rồi bấm save .
Nếu sau khi flash hay unlock bị hiện tượng configkey/ provider key là : 0000000000 , Bạn chỉ cần bấm vào "write PM " bấm vào service chọn đường dẫn tới nơi bạn lưu file backup . không cần dùng SX4 để viết lại Simlock data , phần này chỉ cần làm trong trường hợp bảo vệ field 1 và 309 ( tránh trường hợp contact service )
Ghi chú :
Trong một số dòng máy mới ( rapido phone ) như 5800, N 96 v.v.v field 308 được bảo mật , trong trường hợp này bạn có thể bypass SX4 sử dụng chức năng SX4 CRT ( bên dưới SX4 Auth ) trong dao diện Jaf.
Tôi cũng nói thêm bạn nên lưu lại tất cả phone dữ liệu sử dụng chức năng CRT ,backup CRT( Chỉ sử dụng được khi bạn dùng chức năng FBUS )
Bây giờ , khi có chuyện gì xảy ra với DT của bạn chắc chắn bạn có thể khắc phục được mà không cần mua RPL mới tốn tiền )
Và tôi chắc rằng nó rất hữu dụng cho người mới sử dụng Jaf . cho đến khi nào Jaf có chức năng tự động lưu field 120+ 308 trong cập nhật sau này ....
