This was tested on setool v1.01, download from here :

db2020, 2010, 2012 tested, not possible on a2 phones

first of all identify your phone,
you will see simlock state locked
check your flash files that you already have
check the cid of the file you have (so that you will flash the eeprom of that cid to favour you, you wont have to download file again, phone cid will change to that of your flash file.)

haven checked your cid of file
go to models and select your model
go to settings and tick singed mode
go back to sony ericsson tab and click recovery
you will have to hold 2+5 and put usb cable
after software show passed
go to empty fill tab
select model
click add
select gdfs of your phone from gdfs in ssw format
ignore change cid to tab and otp and imei ignore all
click flash
when done with some error in red that otp not written
go to add again
go to eroms
select the eprom that has your flash file cid
e.g your file is cid 53
slect db2020cidxxxxxxxx53_49xxxxx
make sure the first cid on that file is what you want
flash again
after flashing done
go back to sony ericsson tab and identify
you will see that phone will become the cid thesame with your file
and simlock state will be not detected
its already unlocked.
Flash and all is done
this procedure also will repair damaged gdfs and eprom.
