Phoenix Service Software 2007.44.4.31162 - without dongle [working, tested]

Instructions:

1. Download,
2. Unpack,
3. Install Phoenix (do not run it already!),
4. Install Dongle Patch,
5. Run Fixer,
6. Run MSI generated by fixer (it will show nothing, no information - this is perfectly normal),
7. Run Phoenix
