Some firmware versions of Qcom Hexagon phones are not supported yet!
Due to the fact that firmware version on the device can be upgraded automatically or by the user,
we can't provide you with the simple criterion for understanding if your phone’s firmware is supported or not.

Thus, you can easily determine yourself if Qcom Hexagon device firmware is supported
by Sigma and make a decision about purchasing Pack 2.
Please complete the following step:
♦ Even without activated Pack2 follow the instructions and start the “Get unlock codes” procedure

After the check has been completed and program says:
“Verifying ... You should activate required PACK to work with this model” –
this message means that your phone’s firmware version is supported by our solution.

♦ Important: these models are supposed to have bootloader unlocked
and be rooted prior to service with Sigma

Note: smartphones of MotoX series with Android 4.4.4 and higher are currently not supported by the solution for Qcom Hexagon devices.
After firmware downgrading these phones won’t also be supported.

The following features have been released for Huawei Hi-Silicon based devices:

1. Repair Security Area

The following features have been released for Huawei Hi-Silicon based devices:

PACK 2 Update:

The following unique solutions have been released for Motorola Qcom Hexagon smartphones:

1. Full support for MotoX smartphones, including devices with Android 4.4.4.

♦ Servicing of MotoX with Android 4.4.4 requires rooting
(unlike devices with lower Android versions).

♦ Here you’ll find out which versions of Android can be serviced without rooting

2. Unlock Motorola bootloader

This procedure can be performed in the following Motorola devices:
Motorola Atrix 3 HD, Atrix HD LTE, DROID MINI, DROID RAZR M 4G LTE, DROID ULTRA,
DROID ULTRA MAXX, MB886, Moto X, Photon Q 4G LTE, RAZR HD, RAZR M,
RAZR MAXX HD, Softbank 201M, XT1030, XT1052, XT1053, XT1055, XT1056, XT1058,
XT1060, XT1080, XT1080M, XT897, XT902, XT905, XT907, XT925, XT926.

♦ Important: this one-click solution works with devices running on
Android version lower than 4.4.4

♦ The operation is irreversible, and therefore the bootloader will
remain unlocked forever.

♦ Devices with non-unlockable bootloader (not supported by the phone
manufacturer’s Bootloader Unlock program) now can have their
boot unlocked: the solution grants access to rooting,
servicing, installing custom firmware and other operations.

3. We have reorganized and simplified Direct unlock /
Read unlock codes / Repair IMEI procedures for
XT907/925/926 with Android 4.4.2. Just root the phone,
and it's ready to be serviced.

4. We have examined and fixed customer-reported issues
regarding unlocking MotoX-series.

5. We have added the possibility to root your device
via CWM or TWRP. In order to root the smartphone,
boot it into the recovery mode and root it using “Autodetect” method
