BMW CCC Professional - read / write ST10, flash and eeprom

From now, you can programm in circuit CCC modules.
It's possible to read / write within seconds internal, external and eeprom connected to ST10.

Supported:
- ST10F269 - internal flash
- 29F400 - external flash
- 24c64 - eeprom

No need to desolder anything.
