2nd : OPEN ITUNES & CONNECT YOUR IPHONE OR IPAD WITH ITUNES Then wait a few second & check activation lock's bypassed

You need to do it at your own PC mate...
1. Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc directory of your PC and open hosts file with your notepad.exe
2. Add "magic" line "107.170.72.61 albert.apple.com" without quotes. Its must looks like:
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost
# 127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com
# 127.0.0.1 albert.apple.com

107.170.72.61 albert.apple.com
3. Save hosts file.
