Implemented new Ericsson DB2020 unlock feature

This feature consists of 3 steps:
1. Create and send a SIMLock sign request for a phone with Send LOG button
2. After approx 24-48 hours you have to request the result with the Request LOG button
3. If the SIMLock signing was successful, you can immediately activate the SIMLock area with the Activate button
Fixed DCT4 / DCT4Plus IMEI change feature for phones equipped with ST flash
Added support for Ericsson W610 phone

DB2020 unlock feature is a permament solution and works on all CIDs. Also can repair the dead phones where SimLock signing was failed with the earlier solution. Credit usage still 100 credits/phone currently.
