XTC Clip version 1.2.3 released

What's new:
1. Htc Android Htc Buzz HBOOT 1.01.x008 added to supported hboot versions
2. Bug fixed regarding update problems for some of the clips. Seems we had a bug regarding updating to 1.2.2 for some clips. We applogize for any inconvenience caused.
