LG Qualcomm Language Editor update! v1.1.1

In the new version following improvements are realised:
- the English-French dictionary is added;
- the log of events is made more detailed.

Following bugs are also fixed:
- the bug with displaying of XML-resources is fixed;
- the bug with displaying of languages in dialogue of a choice of target languages is fixed.
