SC6531EFM (SC6531E) - Boot info/Read FULL FLASH/Write FULL FLASH/Read NVRAM/Write NVRAM/Write PAC File/Read phone Password.
Enabled loading custom loader for this CPU (if user want to use custom loader).

Added Reset FRP in ADB Mode (for phones what have enabled ADB).
Fixed Reading Simunlock codes in DIAG Mode for some phones.
Enabled communication stability for supported phones.
-- Uploaded many Alcatel OT-1066 firmwares in support.

(Please note, for OT-1066 phones exists 2 types of firmware).
