Welcome to our weekly update. This weekly update will let you know about the updates made to Infinity Box in the past Seven days
It is also aimed to get us more close to our customers, to let them know what is new at Infinity box and what they can expect in Future

As you all must have noticed there has been a change in the login process to the support area .
We are glad to say Infinity Box has a fully Automated support area now . You do not need to enter
login and password manually to access support area , You can simply connect dongle to PC
and run the "Support Manager " software to access support area.
Following are Usefull links, Tips are Tricks for our Customers

1) Latest Support Manager ( Also called Shell. It is Used to access support area, view documentation,
It has a special feature to open any Infinity Box module using this tool
Once installed it creates a?shortcut on the desktop by the name "Infinity Box Shell"

Problem Upgrading your dongle?

3-1. download latest "DongleManager" here: http://www.infinity-box.com/download/
3-2. be sure that firewall disabled and "DongleManager.exe" has enough rights to access network
3-3. be sure that you have Internet connection enabled if problem still exist:
3-4. download http://www.infinity-box.biz/public/emeralda.ip.rar
3-5. unpack archive
3-6. exit DongleManager
3-7. put "emeralda.ip" file in folder with DongleManager
3-8. run DongleManager
3-9. repeat dongle upgrade process

Please follow exact step carefully

4) Infinity Box? User Manual (?It has detailed description on every thing to do with Infinity Box )

5) You have a phone to flash but you do not know which flash file to use to flash it
