What is Compromised box ?

Compromised box is Actually Copy of VolcanoBox,

Is it Original box ?

No, compromise boxes are not original and not manufactured by GPGIndustries. Those boxes were not produced upon our agreement and will have no future support. If you own a Compromise box and your reseller giving you fakes excuses and not refund you, post here his full details... He is also probably selling copy riff. Better you share your experience so other people are aware with who they are dealing


i would say before this something

We have heared some rumors from market that the resellers that are selling copy volcano giving some fake story that fault is ours and that xe are closing support of old boxes... This is 100% fake. There is already over 10.000 boxed that passed server and bellow 300 that are blocked.

I got Compromised Box what to do ?

As i write above that all compromised boxes are copy of Volcanobox and these boxes are not original boxes. Some one copy Volcanobox and selling it. Volcanobox have only one Manufacturer which is GPGINDUSTRIES. All copy boxes are called Compromised box. As now you understand that those boxes are not from us means your reseller cheat you. He sold you copy of volcanobox instead of original volcanobox. so now you have to claim him and ask him for original box or refund as you paid him for original box not for copy volcano !! If your reseller was not aware he was buying copy box we are sure he will replace your volcano by an original so he don't spoil his reputation.


I have Compromised box but my reseller not agree for refund what to do ?

I have problem Cannot Connect to server what to do ?

In case the problem persist Next Week We will have Mirror Server in USA. This will solve the errors that few users are facing that are mainly due to problems connecting server.

i have problem whenever i run volcanobox i got error id 3726. how to solve it ?

this problem cause of your computer is connected with server but your computer not synchronization well with server. so you have two ways . 1st of all try to use VPN . you must use OPENVPN not OPENWEB !! you should solve your problem. but if somehow still same error then you must change your internet connection problem will be solved 100%

02- Minimum 2Gb Memory Card Inserted into Phone
03- Memory Card Must be 32 BIT Formatted
04- Download VolcanoBox 2.2.8 & Install & Run
05- Connect phone in Powered on Condition
06- Go to SPD Tab
07- Select 6820/8810 from Boot Selection
08- Select One-Key Root
09- Select Backup Flash from Option
10- Untick Auto-Detect Pinouts
11- Click on Run
12- It will Detect Phone on ADB
13- Software will ask you to give path where you want to save Flash file
14- Wait for Software Finish Read Flash
15- Open folder where you save Flash file
16-You will see FDL2 File
17- Upload That File and post it in This Thread.
18- Wait for next upcoming update we will make support of your phone !!
